Portfolio

Spatial studies, speculative environments,
and built ideas.

Four spatial studies.
Conceptual imagery & editorial studies.

01 / Project study Demo

Between
volumes.

Thresholds organize movement through a sequence of compressed and expanded spaces.

01.1 / Overlap & interval — abstract composition
01.2 / A sequence of changing proportions

Form emerges through subtraction, overlap, and controlled shifts in scale. The space between volumes becomes a measure of their relationship.

A Shelter
Before Tomorrow

Material memory. Future assembly.

What must a shelter hold onto, and what can it learn to leave behind?

This study begins with the oldest architectural gestures: a wall, a roof, a place to sit. Thick earthen planes gather around a sheltered opening; above them, a thin metal canopy makes a different proposition about weight and permanence.

Primitive futurism is explored through this encounter. The ground remains rough, the wall records its making, and the roof is conceived as an assembly that can be taken apart. The future arrives through a careful joint.

Mass / Light / Assembly

An interval to inhabit.

Entry is a gradual change in exposure. A compressed passage opens toward a stone ledge and the distant horizon. A narrow separation between wall and roof admits light, allowing the enclosure to feel both grounded and unfinished.

Earth suggests continuity; the frame suggests revision. Between the two, shelter becomes a modest act of preparation: a place from which to meet an uncertain tomorrow.

An original conceptual study. Imagery explores atmosphere and material relationships; it does not document a built project.

03 / Project study Demo

A measured field.

03.1 / Repetition & displacement — abstract composition

Material repetition establishes rhythm while maintaining structural clarity.

03.2 / One module, successive intervals

A repeated element sets the field. Small displacements interrupt its regularity, making room for difference within a shared order.

04 / Project study Demo

Edges of
enclosure.

Light, circulation, and enclosure produce tension between an open field and a defined interior.

04.1 / Plane & boundary — abstract composition

An edge can frame a view without closing it. Layered planes suggest a gradual passage from exposure to shelter.

04.2 / Nested boundaries, open ends
